Our Story
Liberty Summit Consulting was born at the start of the AI boom, right when everyone was racing to invest in the next big technology. We saw something different. While the world poured its energy into automation, we kept coming back to the most valuable resource on earth: people.
That's the heart of what we do. We help businesses invest in their people, and we give individuals the tools to invest in themselves. Technology will keep changing the way we work, but human potential is still the biggest opportunity most organizations and most careers have yet to fully tap.
Liberty Summit was co-founded by Russell Henk and Christian Henk, a father-son team who share a lifelong passion for developing people. Russell brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and pioneered programs built on research into peer-to-peer learning among young adults. Christian brings 5+ years in human capital development, designing internship programs, coaching careers, and improving training effectiveness at a large publicly traded company.
Alongside a network of like-minded partners and friends, they built Liberty Summit around one mission: helping people reach their full potential and enjoy the journey of their life and career along the way.
